Real Hoodia is hard to find, despite all of the advertisements you can see online. The fact of the matter is, and most unbiased sources agree, that there is not enough real Hoodia Gordonii on the entire planet to fill all of the orders being placed for it. So people selling it have found ways to fill in the gaps between supply and demand for real Hoodia in order to turn maximum profits. One of these methods involves selling another plant from the Hoodia family other than real Hoodia Gordonii. This enables them to advertise their product as Hoodia but fill it with a plant which is useless for appetite suppression, and do it at a fraction of the cost. It is mostly Chinese companies who do this because one of the similar plants grows in China, but there is no real Hoodia Gordonii being produced in Asia. The only company in the world with the legal right to grow real Hoodia is Phytopharm, and the only place they are doing it is in South Africa. If the supplement or spray does not come from a company which can show you a CITES certificate from the South African government, then they are almost definitely not selling real Hoodia.

Unfortunately, safe weight loss means gradual weight loss rather than rapidly dropping it all at once. Most nutritionists will tell you that to drop more than three pounds a week is not safe weight loss, and will almost certainly not be permanent. You need to lower your daily amount of calories to lose weight, but you still need to be sure that your diet is balanced and includes all of the vitamins and nutrients that you body requires. Any diet that focuses on eating one food cannot be safe weight loss. While you are lowering your calorie intake, you still need a basic minimum in order for your body to function properly, pushing your daily amount of calories lower than 1500 is not considered a safe weight loss method and can lead to things like heart irregularities and dehydration. Safe weight loss can involve an appetite suppressant, if you want to avoid harsh side effects and other negative health effects and still achieve weight loss there are still a few options. Hoodia is the best appetite suppressant on the market for safe weight loss; it is natural, effective, has no side effects and has no known drug interactions.

Diet pills come in so many varieties it is beginning to get ridiculous. The industry of diet pills has expanded rapidly for one obvious reason: we have expanded rapidly as well. There are fat burners, fat blockers, nutritional supplements, magnesium supplements and more all being marketed as diet pills, but the most effective diet pills out there are still appetite suppressants. Now the type of prescription diet pills that your doctor would prescribe if you met the criteria are appetite suppressants, but amphetamine based ones. These diet pills can be harmful in a variety of ways, such as being hard on your heart and even having psychological side effects. There are a couple appetite suppressing diet pills that fall outside the category of amphetamines. The number one being sold is green tea extract, and while being all natural green tea extract is still a stimulant with side effects. The best appetite suppressant to help you with your diet is not a stimulant at all. It comes from the deserts of South Africa and works on appetite by tricking your brain into believing that you have just eaten rather than stimulating the central nervous system. The diet pills I am talking about are obviously Hoodia Gordonii extract. There are no side effects, no risk of addiction, and no risk of overdose with these all natural diet pills.
